Items purchased from beSOLiD (our website : www.besolid.in ) are eligible for free return/exchange, if returned within 7 days of delivery and are in unused condition with original tags and the packaging bag being intact.

Returning one item purchased during a combo.

If you purchase two or multiple items from a combo and choose to return either one of them, then the return amount credited would be as per the individual item price and not the combo price.

Eg. If you purchase 2 cotton trousers for Rs. 1199 while one of them is priced at Rs.699 and choose to return one of them - then you will be refunded Rs. 500 (1199-699). Similar T&C will be applicable in other product categories as well.

Exchanging for something else?

In case of an exchange, you are also allowed to choose a different product. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, you can pay just the difference else if it's less, the same can be refunded to you as store credit/refund to your bank account.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We are committed in ensuring your satisfaction with any product that you have purchased from beSOLID. However, if in an unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase, the below mentioned return / exchange policy is to be followed for store or website purchase respectively.

Return, Exchange, Offer, Cancellation & Refund Policy - Website

Customer can initiate a cancellation request, till the order has not been shipped from our warehouse.
Customer can initiate a cancellation request by visiting the “My Orders” section of the account on website.
In case of a purchase made by a customer without creating an account, they can send in their cancellation request by mailing or calling our customer care team at support@besolid.in or +91 900 1784 700 within 24 hours of order placed, if the product isn’t shipped we will initiate a cancelation.
In case of prepaid order product cancellation, refund will be initiated from our end within 7 working days to the source account.
Please note, in order to return a product purchased from the website, the customer will have to handover the product to shipping partner with the bill copy, product with intact tags, packaging & in an unused / unaltered, saleable condition. This is applicable for all of the following points.
Return of a product can be initiated by customers from 30 days of delivery of the product by mailing us at support@besolid.in
In case of prepaid order return, refund will be initiated to the source account within 7 working days after the product is picked up by our shipping partner from the customer.
In case of COD order return, refund will be initiated within 7 working days after the product is picked up by our shipping partner from the customer & customer shares the bank account details of the refund to be initiated to.
In case of manufacturing defect in products purchased on offer / promotion / discount, can be returned with 30 days of date of delivery only through website.
